We collect only data required to run and improve First Frame, including:
- Account data (email and authentication identifiers).
- Usage data (generation activity, limits, and history metadata).
- Support communications you send to us.
- Technical data such as logs, browser/device info, and IP-based diagnostics.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to provide the Service, including to:
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Operate generation limits and plan access.
- Maintain billing status and subscription access.
- Improve product quality and reliability.
- Respond to support or legal requests.
We do not sell personal data. Where analytics are used, they are used to understand product performance and improve reliability.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We do not store full payment card data on our servers.
4. Service Providers
We rely on third-party providers (such as hosting, auth/database infrastructure, model providers, and billing providers) to operate the Service. Data is shared only as needed for operations.
Current provider categories include hosting and delivery, authentication/database, payments, analytics, and communication support services.
5. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where feasible.
6. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Where applicable, we process data on legal bases such as contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.

First Frame is available globally. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, additional rights may apply, including rights to access, correction, deletion, and data portability, subject to legal limitations.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No internet service is fully risk-free, but we continuously work to improve security.
