Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of First Frame ("Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information.

You must not share access credentials in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls. We may request additional verification for suspicious account activity.

3. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew annually unless you cancel renewal before the next billing date.

You can manage cancellation from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and access remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:

• Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Sending spam or abusing generation endpoints at scale.
• Attempting to bypass limits, protections, or access controls.
• Attempting to disrupt infrastructure, APIs, or platform operations.

We may enforce these rules through warnings, temporary restrictions, or account suspension/termination for serious or repeated violations.

5. Content and Ownership

You retain rights to your input and generated output as permitted by applicable law. We retain rights to the software, branding, and platform infrastructure.

You are responsible for ensuring your content and usage comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.

6. Service Output and Human Review

Content generated through First Frame is provided for creative and informational support. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication or commercial use.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update features, limits, and pricing over time. We may also modify or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary.

Material changes may be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and/or via in-product notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Frame is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the preceding subscription period.

9. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of operation, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights where they apply.
