Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Billing Cycles

• Monthly plans are billed every month in advance.
• Yearly plans are billed annually in advance.

3. Refund Decisions

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and may be approved or declined at our discretion based on transaction details, account activity, service usage, and abuse/fraud checks, except where refund is required by applicable law.

High or substantial usage before a refund request may make the purchase ineligible for refund, except where required by applicable law.

4. Renewals and Subsequent Charges

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Partial refunds for unused time are not guaranteed.

5. Charge Issues

We provide full refunds for duplicate charges, unauthorized/fraudulent payments, or proven technical service failure that prevents normal use.

Where possible, include order ID, charge date, and a short issue description to speed up handling.

6. Abuse Protection

To prevent abuse, refund eligibility may be limited to one refund per customer/account/ payment method and may be denied after substantial service usage, except where required by applicable law.

7. Merchant of Record and Processing

Our order process is handled by Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for purchases and processes billing operations, including approved refunds to the original payment method.

8. Disputes and Support

For billing support, cancellations, or refund requests, contact hookgenerator.dev@outlook.com. You can also use the Paddle receipt support portal. We usually respond within 2 business days.

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank processing windows.
